Standard Repair

  • Our standard service takes place at our shop headquarters, meaning that item are delivered to us for repair.

  • Our standard shop rate is $80/HR

    After hours (Past 5PM) expedited shop rate is $120/HR

Field Repair

  • We come to you. Some repairs need to be made in the field, we specialize in getting you back up and running without shipping or tearing down equipment.

  • Our field service call rate $120/HR with an hour minimum charge (standard hours 9am-5pm) with a $60 fuel charge.

Emergency Repair

  • We come to you in a hurry. Emergencies happen. We keep our phones on and tools handy 24/7. Emergency hours are from 6PM-8AM 7 days a week.

  • Emergency repair rates are $180/HR with a 2 hour minimum charge.
